Join us on Microsoft Teams Friday, January 15th from 7:00 - 8:00 PM for a virtual mental health presentation and Q&A with Jessi Beyer, an award-nominated speaker, mental health advocate, and #1 best-selling author.
The event is open to everyone, and will focus on those struggling with their mental health, as well as provide information to support those who are struggling. There will also be a giveaway during the event that you do not want to miss!

About Jessi Beyer:
Jessi believes that discussions are the missing ingredient in removing the stigma surrounding mental health. Because of this, she’s on a mission to help those around her feel valid, heard, and appreciated in their mental health struggles and know they’re not alone.

Jessi holds a BA in psychology from the University of Minnesota. Outside of her professional life, Jessi is a K9 search and rescue trainee and a proud pet mom.
