- Effect of chronic and/or non-diagnosed Mental Health issues on functionality
- Strategies when feeling overwhelmed or anxious

2. How to respond to people who are escalating or decompensating
- Implementation of self-care plan to implement before escalation
- Early signs of escalation

3. How to handle an employer raising concerns/questions
