Daily practice helps us to breakthrough old patterns, and build new neural networks that are life-enhancing. Showing up for ourselves day after day serves as a radical act of self-love. Through committed practice, we build trust in ourselves, and our capacity to respond with grace and autonomy. This practice fosters community and deep connection to support you through your journey.
This session is rooted in 5 Element philosophy and embodied through the practice of kundalini yoga. It includes breath work, gentle movement and meditation.
Throughout the Winter season we will use gentle movement, breath-work and mantra meditation to harness our capacity to go deeply into the quiet. Winter is a time of rest and deep reflection. It serves as a perfect opportunity to go inside and explore the darkness; a necessary rite of passage to tap in to our own light. We will engage deeply with the water element, as she teaches us to be in flow at this time of year.
