Description

Join First Story Toronto guides Sarena Johnson and Brian MacLean for an interactive storytelling tour of the North York neighbourhood surrounding Gibson House Museum, highlighting stories from this area's 12,000 years of Indigenous history and exploring how everyone's ancestry and identity can be honoured in public places.

Enjoy our free smartphone app anytime (iOS and Android).

Please Note: The tour begins at Gibson House Museum, just opposite the north entrance to the North York Civic Centre on Park Home Ave. It takes approximately 2 hours and will finish at Gibson House.

This event is part of Myseum Intersections, an annual festival of exhibits and events showcasing different perspectives of the city's natural, cultural, and historic diversity. This year's theme is "Envisioning Toronto."
