Event Information

These introductory classes with Gen Suma will explore Buddha’s teachings on an engaging selection of topics that directly touch our lives, both individually and collectively. Drop in whenever you can, as each class is self-contained. Classes include two guided meditations and a practical teaching explaining how we can blend the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings into our busy modern lives. Classes conclude with an opportunity for questions and answers.
In April we will investigate what Buddha says about the ‘self’ by reflecting on some pertinent questions - for example:
feeling guilty … are we?
feeling stuck ... are we?
