--- FAQ ---
What are the necessary requirements to access the event?
Android Makers will strictly comply with all local and national governmental measures put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19. These measures may be subject to change over the upcoming months.
For more information and any other necessary requirements click here: https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/actualites/A15121?lang=en
We also ask that anyone attending the event showing ANY symptoms of COVID-19 (despite holding a negative test) does not attend the event, and may be refused at the door.
What measures are put in place to prevent COVID-19 during the event?
The health and safety of everyone attending the event is our utmost priority. For that reason we are taking all the necessary safety measures in compliance with the national health authorities:
We ask our attendees to follow all safety protocols and to take an active role in preventing the spread of the virus through hygiene precautions such as:
- Disinfecting your hands regularly
- Avoid handshakes and hugs
- Make sure to cough or sneeze into your elbow or tissue (and immediately dispose of the tissue)
- Maintain social distancing whenever possible.
The event hall is equipped with all necessary safety measures, meeting the government's regulatory standards, such as:
- Numerous antibacterial gels
- Mechanic ventilation system regularly renewing airflow
- Systematic cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and common areas
If I have COVID-19 symptoms, can I still come to the event?
No. If you are showing any signs of COVID-19 (fever, cough, fatigue, loss of smell) then we ask you to please not attend the event to avoid spreading the virus to others.
What are the circumstances under which the event will be cancelled?
The event will only be cancelled if ordered by the national authorities who have put in place a national/regional lockdown, closing of cultural venues, or due to any other force-majeure that will deny us the possibility of hosting the event.
Can my ticket be refunded?
If I’m worried about, or am positive from COVID-19, can I have my ticket refunded?
If the event will take place, respecting the national health authorities safety protocols, and you cannot attend the event then unfortunately the ticket is non-refundable.
In the circumstances that the event is cancelled due to a national/regional lockdown, closing of cultural venues, or any other force-majeure that is out beyond the responsibility of the organizers, the attendees will therefore be entitled to a full refund of the tickets.
For any other reasons
The same rules apply for any other reason despite being non-related to COVID-19.
What do I need to know if I’m traveling from abroad?
Remember to check your foreign travel policies, as well as local and national rules beforehand. For more information check https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/fr/conseils-aux-voyageurs/informations-pratiques/article/coronavirus-covid-19
