Description

In this class, we will discuss how our body digests animal proteins in contrast to vegetable proteins, and why vegetable proteins are the true quality protein. Then we will present the evidence on how our animal protein consumption aids cancer and instigates autoimmune diseases (e.g., arthritis, inflammatory bowel diseases, lupus, multiple sclerosis, and psoriasis).

The food preparation will section will be making delicious vegetable burgers and balls with a Middle Eastern twist: fast food full of flavour without out salt or fat! Wow!

In the exercise part of the class, we will continue with the learning of the Bikram Yoga poses and how to incorporate them into the Dan Millman workout. We will be the closing Bikram poses and the breathing exercises. Please where loose clothing and bring a yoga mat or a large towel.
