Event description

Description

Join us for a session that increases the basic understanding of the different types of depression and anxiety that create sometimes seemingly insurmountable challenges and isolation for those dealing with these issues – and for friends, family, and colleagues at work. Participants learn about a wide variety of strategies and mindfulness techniques that can be used to empower people who struggle with anxiety and/or depression - personally, formally and informally.

Our therapist Kim Silvethorn, B.A./R.P.C./M.P.C.C. has worked for the past 29 years providing therapeutic supports for individuals and for families. Learn more about Kim's experience at www.tacitknows.com

Adults and teens are welcome to this community workshop. Space is limited to 25 participants.

The fee for this workshop can be covered through most Health Benefit Programs or subsidized if necessary. For more information about this or any other workshop offered by Tacit, please go to www.tacitknows.com or email us directly at counsellors@tacitknows.com
