AODA Training: Customer Service - Please bring headphones

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA),is a provincial law that requires organizations to become more accessible to people with disabilities.
Unit 1 provides training in Customer Service, and this workshop will give you a head start for a legal requirement of your next job.
LIMITED to 10 participants.
