Our hosts at the New Farm, a family farm on the crest of the Niagara Escarpment near Creemore, will give an inside look to how they grow the vegetables they send to top restaurants, retail stores, and community organizations in Toronto, Collingwood and beyond.
Farm-to-table advocate and Top Chef Canada Season 2 winner Chef Carl Heinrich (Richmond Station) will prepare a three-course meal featuring local and organic products from farmers seated alongside you in the outdoor dining room. Truly a one-of-a-kind local food experience! Your participation helps build an ecological future for Ontario.
