About this event

Too often in mathematics, we apply a 'one and done' approach to instruction and learning. This two-part session will dig into retrieval practice and will highlight strategies that could be incorporated into all classrooms. Educators will engage with instructional strategies and learning strategies that are both manageable and effective. In Making Math Stick, work samples will be shared so that educators can appreciate how to embed retrieval practice into daily routines and how it can strengthen student achievement. Multiple classroom connections will be made.
