Due to COVID-19, we are requiring registration for the month of April. Please note that you will be registering for the second Friday of April (there is no youth on April 2nd due to Good Friday), but it is valid for the whole month. If you plan on attending at any point during the month of April, you must complete this registration form.

*This does not mean you are committing to attend; however, if you think you may come, even just once within the month, you must register, as we cannot accept walk-ins. Please note, this is only valid for the month of April and we will be accepting registrations for May shortly.
