About this Event

APTLA has moved our Damages, Damages, Damages Conference to a series of online webinars. They will be presented LIVE throughout June, and also recorded for viewing at registrants' convenience. Together they represent 11 Hours of MCPD Credits.

The schedule is generally Tuesdays and Fridays at Noon starting Wednesday, June 3rd, but more details will be available shortly. Each segment is approximately one hour of content and then an open Q&A with the presenters.

At this time we are taking registrations for the full conference package; that is, access to all live and recorded webinars covering all of the conference segments.

Those looking to register for individual segments should email admin@aptla.ca for pricing information.

We know the ultimate aim of a personal injury lawsuit is to make the client whole, insofar as money can. But how do we assess the full extent of the losses? How do we quantify the damages? In short, how do we effectively and persuasively present the case for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages during settlement conferences and at trial? We've assembled a stellar lineup of trial lawyers and expert witnesses to answer these and many more questions. Join us as APTLA dives deep into damages at its annual personal injury advocacy conference. This webinar series is your key to the best practices and strategies for the presentation of your client's case in every single one of your files.

Each segment is being presented as a LIVE webinar, and we recommend that registrants attend the live presentation for the best possible educational experience. Each segment will also be available as a recorded webinar, after its live presentation. Registrants will have access to both.

* We are delighted to welcome renowned litigator, trial consultant and legal author, Gregory S. Cusimano of Cusimano, Roberts, Mills and Knowlton (AL) as our conference's featured, guest speaker.
