The objective of the workshop is to empower teams to design meaningful and feasible solutions with the end-user in mind.

  • How to conduct meaningful end-user research
  • How to integrate user feedback into your solution
  • How to apply user-centred design to your solution
  • Practical exercises to use as you develop your solution

Participants will also be able to connect directly with design thinking mentors to ask specific questions about how to apply design thinking to their idea or solution.
