Description
This tutorial-style workshop offers hands-on instruction using the first Archivematica beta release. Archivematica is a free and open-source digital preservation system that is designed to maintain standards-based, long-term access to collections of digital objects.
Led by the Archivematica design team, attendees will process sample digital materials from ingest through to archival storage and access in ICA-AtoM. Attendees will use their own laptops to access cloud-hosted copies of the web-based Archivematica system and complete the tutorial steps.
