Event description

Description

Join our group of non-experts as we tinker, learn and spread your ideas.

The Arduino club is for people who have already a basic understanding of Arduino and wish to further continue self learning with a supportive enviroment of other patrons and staff. Please note: That this is not a class, but an self teaching format. For those interested in coming to a class to get started please come to Fort York's Arduino for Total Beginners class.

Arduino is an open-source electronic prototyping platform that lets you create interactive electronic objects. In other words, it's a simple little computer that helps you to turn inputs into outputs. It's not hard to learn, it teaches basic wiring and coding skills, and it's ridiculously fun.

This program is open to ages 9 and up, but younger participants between 9-12 years old must be accompanied by an adult so they have assistance.

** Registration opens on February 8th at 09:00am.
