About this event
One hour for you to leave the to-do lists, expectations, worries and stress at the door. One hour to just be your beautiful real self however that may look that day. We will move our bodies, move our energy and move our thoughts while we listen to the motivating and inspiring music. If you are feeling like you need to shift your energy then I encourage you to come out and join our incredible group of ladies for a class!
There is no requirement for any dance or fitness experience/level, all you need is a willingness to show up and move your body. All of the moves can be easily modified to either increase or decrease the intensity dependant on what you are looking for and any injuries that you may have.
So.....don't hesitate! We would love to have you join us!
