ARO Leadership Training - March 2017

Authentic Relating Ottawa is excited to offer a weekend of authentic leadership and facilitation training. How do you know if this weekend event is for you?
~Have you attended an authentic relating games night or two, or three or more in the past year?
~Would you like to develop authentic leadership skills?
~Are you interested in facilitating authentic community events?
~Would you like the opportunity to play (new) games?
If you answered F&CK YEAH to any of the above, then this training is for you! :)
During this workshop, you will:
learn how to create a space that inspires others to be creative, authentic, and vulnerable through your leadership
learn how to put together an authentic relating event through practical exercises and facilitation
learn how to meet participants where they are at, creating deep connections, and inspiring a whole new sense of what is possible in relating
get feedback on your unique leadership style
play games at a length and depth that a full weekend together allows
have a lot of fun!
You know how much we love food - and we're going to be bringing some of our favourite delicacies so we can enjoy meals together. We're planning on mostly vegetarian fare, with some dairy and gluten products thrown in for good measure! If you have any dietary considerations we should know about, please email us right away so we can plan appropriately.
Friday, March 24th - 7pm
Arrive by 6:45pm - workshop starts promptly at 7pm
Saturday, March 25th - 9:30am
Arrive by 9:30am - workshop starts at 10am and finishes around 8pm, with optional social time afterwards
Lunch, dinner and snacks provided
Sunday, March 26th - 9:30am
Arrive by 9:30am - workshop starts at 10am and finishes around 6pm
Lunch and snacks provided
