5 Course Dinner Pairing
Roasted parsnip and garlic puree topped with candied almonds
Paired with Red Rye - 4.5%, red in colour, malted rye used as well as barley. Unfiltered
Roasted beets and quinoa salad
Paired with Pumpkin Spiced Ale - 5%, pumpkins as well as Georgia candy roasters from Rideau Pines farms. Pumpkin spice, lightly hopped. Unfiltered
Duck confit, bacon lardons, creamed corn
Paired with Cream Ale - 5%, golden in colour, brewed to be like a lager, easy drinking beer. Filtered
Braised oxtail, pickled shallots, celery root puree
Paired with Session - 3.9%, Light beer with body. An ale with lager qualities
Carrot cake with maple cream cheese
Paired with Vanilla Stout - 5.5%, dark in colour, nitrogen charged rather than carbonated. Malty body with a bitter finish. Vanilla beans soaked in bourbon added throughout the process.
Please note, this event is non-refundable. In the event that you cannot make it, a refund will not be issued, however you are welcome to sell your ticket to someone else independently. In the case that this event is cancelled by Lock 17 a refund will be issued.
