Description

Deaf Alberta is the premier provider of this curriculum-based course for those wanting to learn the beauty and nuances of this visual language. Participants are able to progress in their learning through sequential levels of difficulty. We are proud to offer our first ASL Summer Camp and it is open to anyone who is keen to learn ASL for the first time, some signing skills to advance.

ASL Summer Camp 2017

This course is funfilled that is fully immersed in ASL It is open to anyone who is interested, whether you have no signing skills to advance skills! You will receive a certification upon completion of the ASL camp. Minimum age is 16 years old to participate.

There will be 3 different levels:

  • Beginner: No American Sign Language background knowledge
  • Intermediate: Basic ASL skill in Level 1(between ASL 101 to 103)
  • Advanced: ASL skills in Level 2 (between ASL 201 to 203) or more

Light snack and coffee and tea and lunch are not provided.
