Presentation Topic: Maintaining ISO 9001:2015

Elizabeth will walk us through “Maintaining ISO 9001:2015”, focusing on the challenges of “new” requirements, the most common nonconformances being found during audits and what external auditors are looking for. You will be able to translate all of this into your internal audit program – one of the best ways of ensuring your company is maintaining ISO 9001:2015 (and related standards).
