Training Title: Project Management and Change Management Training for Quality and Engineering Professionals

Training Synopsis: Change Management (CM)- is a collective term for all approaches to preparing and supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in making organizational change. Change can be of any form – new plant, new IT solution, new equipment, new layout, new process, new team members, mergers, projects that will change the existing processes and more. Change management and communication planning goes hand in hand and the purpose of CM is to raise the awareness of the team members and all the stakeholders from the very beginning, from the conceptualization of a new idea or change. Change Management ensure that an organization will be successful on their new endeavors without the push back from the staff.

Project Management (PM)- is the discipline of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time. A project is a temporary endeavor designed to produce a unique product, service or result with a defined beginning and end (usually time-constrained, and often constrained by funding or staffing) undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives, typically to bring about beneficial change or added value.
