ASQ Montreal: Topics for Quality

The field of Quality is vast. The tools, skills, methods, and models supporting this field range from technical and quantitative to behavioural and qualitative. Each industry and specialization in Quality has its own set of needs. That’s why ASQ has so many different types and levels of certifications. So, what is pertinent, what is needed, and what is wanted in terms of information and training by Quality professionals?
