About this event
Come cozy up with us at the Inglewood Community Hall. Our Astral Sound Baths are held "amongst the stars" in a dark room with projected astral visuals.
We offer a gentle nervine tea to begin the sound healing session. Our sound bath tea is intentionally blended with complementary herbs that support our nervous system and assist our bodies into a meditative state. You will then lay amongst the stars while being bathed in Ocean Drum, Ting Sha & Crystal Singing Bowl frequencies. The combined effects of nervine tea and sound healing will have you tapping into your parasympathetic nervous system (the state in which we heal).
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow & blanket. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Doors open at 7pm and close at 7:15pm to ensure there are no distractions, just frequencies! Please allow yourself enough time to enjoy some tea.
