How do we solve our most pressing social issues, especially in an increasingly polarized world? After 10 years of working on social justice issues, Jessie Sutherland researched this question for over 5 years and published her findings in the book, Worldview Skills: Transforming Conflict From The Inside Out.

Jessie is a local author, Principal at Worldview Strategies. adjunct professor at UBC, and TEDx Talk speaker. Join Jessie to learn about the tools and skills from the book and application to diverse real world experiences.

Jessie steadfast believe in human dignity, capacity and potential has been the force behind much of her work locally, nationally and internationally. She has applied the knowledge, skills and tools to address diverse social issues like the poverty, the opioid crisis, affordable housing, indigenous reconciliation, mental health issues, elder financial abuse, isolation and loneliness and discrimination.
