Held at our Keele campus facility in the Executive Learning Centre, the morning will feature a breakfast buffet, lunch and three speakers on issues impacting business organizations from both a Human Resources/Training perspective and the disruptions and challenges of the Digital Revolution.

Our Speakers

Alan Middleton is executive director of the Schulich Executive Education Centre and a professor in the Schulich School of Business. He is a noted speaker on how organizations are being affected by the disruption of a VUCA world (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity).

Ron Babin is a professor of technology management and innovation, and an award-winning instructor with many decades of professional IT experience. As a management consulting partner at KPMG and Accenture, he has provided strategic guidance to CIO clients across all industries on the impact of the digital revolution on all facets of organizations.

Ikjyot Singh Kohli is a lecturer in the Schulich School of Business teaching courses pertaining to AI and Data Science. He is also senior data scientist at Cineplex where he uses his knowledge of complex systems to lead a team of data scientists and analytics professionals responsible for the development, production and commercialization of machine learning and AI models for several business lines.
