Join me for a restful weekend of yoga, delicious food, and fresh air, October 14 - 16, 2016 at Rundle's Mission. The retreat centre overlooks the NW shores of beautiful Pigeon Lake.
As the busyness of summer transitions to the colourfulness of Autumn we will focus, move, play, laugh, share ~ celebrate the sacred cycles of nature. The fall is an ideal time to slow down, reflect and journey inwards.
Rundle's Mission is a short one hour drive south of Edmonton and is a designated Alberta Historic Site. The site is an amazing place of natural beauty, by day, enjoy the country fresh air and commune with mother earth as you explore 23 acres of rolling hills and forests ~ you can also frolic on the shores of Pigeon Lake.
