About this event

Construction Contract Administration (CCA) ensures that facilities are built exactly as per the construction contract. It sounds simple; however, to do CCA right is incredibly challenging.

In this half-day workshop, learn the four key ingredients to successful CCA and avoid the common pitfalls in these critical areas.


By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Enforce contract provisions fairly and firmly
  • Follow contract administration best practices
  • Handle key contract administration issues
  • Avoid issues altogether through sound construction contract inclusions
