The growing incidence of fraudulent scams is putting many older adults in harm’s way. Scams, cohesion and aggressive sales techniques threatening damage are all forms of abuse. “Any action or inaction by any person which causes harm or threatens to cause harm to an older adult”. Seniors abuse can take various forms including financial abuse. On Tuesday September 25th Constable John Sconza will share vital information you need to avoid Fraud and Misrepresentation. In this insightful workshop you will gain a better understanding of:

Our Speaker, Constable John Sconza, has a 27 years career with Toronto Police Services. Starting with central traffic at 12 Division, Constable Sconza later moved to 32 Division where he has been for 19 years and now serves as Community Relations Officer.
