At an atomic level, we are ENERGY BEINGS emitting and receiving energy frequencies. Bio-Energy Healing helps to release blockages in the energy field that cause physical and emotional dis-ease in the body.

In Bio-Energy healing, we connect deeply with our clients and their energy fields to release unexpressed emotional memory/trauma. This can be trauma or memory that has been stored for YEARS, creating pain, illness or emotional stress. Once the energy is released from the field, the natural flow of energy is restored in the body, bringing the body and nervous system back into balance, returning the client to their optimal state of health.

In this incredible integrative weekend experience, we dive into:

• Becoming the master of your own health
• Understanding energy and the energy centers in your body
• How emotions get "stuck" in the body and can cause illness, injury and pain
• Energy healing and the nervous system
• How beliefs influence our health
• How to manage your energy in relationships
• Clearing old, destructive patterns from your life through energy healing

• Experiential learning & practice of the 12 Foundational Bio-Energy Healing techniques to use on yourself, family, friends and even pets!

We will be using movement, breath and body awareness practices to allow you to FEEL the energy flow in your body! You'll even get to receive 2 Bio-Energy sessions over the weekend as other students work on you! How cool is that?
