Have you ever been curious about what the chakras are?
Have you wanted to incorporate the chakras more deeply into your practice?
Have you felt stuck in a posture and don’t know how to move forward?
Dive into your yoga practice on the energetic level to explore how our Chakras, energetic centers in the body, are asking to be engaged in our yoga journey. In this 90 minute workshop, you will learn about the 7 main wheels of energy and which postures and movements they can help invigorate and align in your yoga practice. All levels of experience are welcome. A focus on chakra centered anatomy will bring forward physical cues that will keep your practice sustainable and energetically flowing.
Enjoy a Guided 90 minute Moksha inspired asana with Felt-Sense Intuitive Natasha as well as Reiki Master Reba, working in tandem to provide nourishing cues and energy tuning while experiencing the Healing Sounds of Darren Austin Hall’s crystal bowls and shamanic singing.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
We ask that participants be at least 16 years of age, given the requirements for physical exercise and emotional maturity. However, please feel free to contact us with any special circumstances.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is unlimited parking in both the Moksha lot, as well as free parking along Peppler Street and the parkinglot over the railroad tracks off of William/Willow Street. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding parking access.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
You will want to bring a mat (mats will also be offered free of charge if needed), water/hydration, snacks for the break inbetween workshop and asana, a notebook and pen for any notes, a meditation pillow is optional for comfort when sitting, comfortable (maybe even layered) clothes, and any stones, crystals or jewelry that you may want cleansed.
For the Asana portion of this event you will need a mat, a mat towel is optional (mat towels can be provided with a $2 donation), water/hydration, and comfortable clothing.
If you are bringing snacks try to be mindful of nut allergies, and please wear neutral scented clothing - NO UNATURAL PERFUMES, please and thank you.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Your ticket may be transferred to another interested participant.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You may bring a printed ticket or confirm your purchase via phone.
What is the refund policy?
You may recieve a full refund up to 3 days before the event. However, there will be a small refund charge due to online booking logistics
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
It sure is! As long as there is a paid ticket for everyone we are happy to have you! :)
