What does Workplace Education & Training look like in 2020 and beyond? Exploring the Impact of AI & Robotics on Adult Education.

In this workshop, we consider the developments in exponential technology and the predictions of its impact on future work, education, and skill development. Using the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology (yes, we’ll play with LEGO®!), we will explore a series of questions to consider the ways in which these advances a] change the role and competencies of adult educators; b] shape the learning environment; and c] inform us about future student readiness and expectations.
