Description

Come learn from two old bold pilots.

Butch will explain why rudders are a primary control and why you must know how your aircraft responds at low speeds and then how to fly it safely slow. He will explain how to assess mountain winds and how to confidently fly in the mountains.

Jim Dunlin teaches "Contact Flying", the art of ground reference flying. Jim will cover topics such as the energy management turns, use of ground effect on all takeoffs, low level low power mountain flying, etc. using sights, sounds smells, and kinetics.
