Carole Blackburn, Certified Life & Wellness Coach, Speaker and Workshop Facilitator, proudly presents an afternoon to be inspired, learn goal setting strategies and be motivated to put yourself first, in this specially designed 3 hour live event!

In this amazing workshop, we will cover the 3 areas of our lives that are the foundation to creating a life you have always wanted to live!

  • REJUVENATING THE MIND:

Identify some of the blocks that have held you back from reaching certain goals. Combat any negative emotions & self-talk and release them once and for all! Find clarity around how to set yourself up for success to reach your goal and start creating your unique plan!

  • REJUVENATING THE BODY:

40 minute guided Yobility mini-class led by Jana Muir, Personal Trainer - The Fitness Lab Manotick. What is Yobility? Yobility takes the basic principles of mobility and strength to help you move better and feel better by increasing your flexibility,mobility and range of motion. Leaves you feeling energized, strong, relaxed and mobile. No experience necessary! Beginners are welcome.

  • REJUVENATING THE SOUL:

End off the afternoon with a relaxed exercise of visualizing what you want to achieve. Learn what self-care methods are necessary for you to feel like you can take on any challenges your busy life demands of you, with strength and confidence. Create and set boundaries for you to lead a healthier, happier, more fulfilled life.
