Description

Choux Pastry (Pâte à choux) is a french pastry dough used in many gorgeous desserts like Eclairs, Cream Puffs, Paris Brest, Gougeres, Croquembouche, and many more! In this workshop, we will spend the afternoon diving deep into this versatile French classic. Though the desserts you can make with this dough look dainty, it has a reputation of being difficult. But with my guidance, participants will discover that it is actually quite simple and very doable at home!

In this hands on workshop, participants will learn all about Choux Pastry and bake their very own eclairs from scratch. Afterwards, they will be filling and decorating their eclairs with homemade pastry cream and ganache!
