The classes are live through Zoom and available as recordings for 10 days after each class. The class starts with a short warm up and then goes into an easy to follow ballet barre that I do along with you. I add a couple of centre exercises that do not require much space and a short stretch. Try the class for free! Please reach out if you have any questions.

About me

I am a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer based in Halifax, Canada. I was a professional ballet dancer with the Nacional Ballet of Spain and the Berlin Ballet in Germany for a decade. I am also a flamenco dancer and teacher. I studied in Madrid at the Centro de Arte flamenco Amor de Dios and at the School of American Ballet in New York besides other schools. I have been teaching ballet for adults for the last 12 years.

About the Class

My online ballet barre started shortly after the 2020 lockdown and was meant to be a short-term solution to deal with the lockdown. Today, it is still going on strong.

You are welcome to have your camera on or off. I do offer personalized feedback during or after class for those students who are interested, but I can also not do that if you rather not get feedback. The class is meant for adults who take ballet recreationally. However this class is also a good option for any dancer wanting looking for a simple barre and regular at home training.
