BAM [Books,Art,Music] Collective is a youth-driven initiative that empowers young people to get involved in civics through Art.

About this Event

Secure a spot at this can’t miss event. Whether you are interested in politics, willing to learn about elections, voting and ways to help encourage young people to change and take actions in the city, or just interested in art, meeting new people, and learning about other cultures.

To be opened by:

Ogichidaa Kwe: a group of young Indigenous hand drummers living in Takoronto.

Guest Speakers:

Ali Manek the executive director of The Canadian-Muslim Vote: a national, non-profit, non-partisan, grassroots organization that aims to increase civic engagement of Canadian Muslims through community outreach and education.

Art exhibition

by newcomers to Canada - Our Art, Our Stories.

Book-selling / Exchange

Arabic sweets/Coffee will be served during the event.

Come celebrate the Canadian Art by featuring artists from different backgrounds, learn about politics, network with live performance, guest speakers, art exhibitions and bookselling.
