Barrhead Christmas Market - Vendors

- Set up begins at 9:00am on November 5th and must be completed by 10:45am. Tear down begins at 4:00pm, anyone packing up early will not be asked to participate in next years show. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
- We are doing a Goody Bag Giveaway @ no extra cost to the Vendor! If you would like to participate in this, you will need to provide 50 items & stuff the bags yourself the day of the event or get me the items a week before the event. Be creative - and consider using a coupon that can be used the day of the event!!
- Each vendor must supply 1 raffle item of ($15 minimum) for the raffle/silent auction.
(I will need this item 3 days before the event to get the baskets ready).
All proceeds will be donated to Branch 75, the Barrhead Legion.
FREE gift (aside from the raffles), plus 1 person will be awarded with a 30$ shopping spree to
be used the day of the event.
the local communities, advertise through social media + each vendor will receive a copy of the
poster via email and we ask that you forward this poster to all of your current customers via
email, as well as putting a few flyers up in your local area.
8) All tables must have a table cloth on them, I will have a few extra table clothes if someone
forgets there’s the day of the event, will cost $5
