Event Details

Dogs must be 6 months and older by class start.

This course will focus on training you and your dog to become model citizens and great representatives of the canine community. You will learn: Sit, down, stay, come, loose leash walking. You will also practice place, take it/leave it and the drop command.

If you adopted your dog from the Edmonton Humane Society within the last three months, you receive a 10% discount on 6-week group training classes! Please email to receive the code.

To receive the discount you MUST enter the code at time of registration.

Due to the COVD-19 pandemic, there will be a few extra precautions in place for this class:

  • All clients will be required to wear masks while inside the building
  • Clients are asked to please only bring 2 people per dog attending
  • All clients are asked to maintain 6 foot social distancing from other clients at all times
  • Clients are asked not to attend class if:
  1. They are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19
  2. They have tested positive or are under investigation for possible COVID-19
  3. They are in the process of self-isolating for any reason
  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the building as well as from staff members by request.
  • All communal surface and equipment are sanitized regularly
