Did you know that 2 ounces (a half serving) of sauerkraut has more live active probiotic organisms than an entire 100-pill bottle of over the counter probiotics? It's also one of the easiest things to make, requiring only 2 ingredients. Come and learn to make this fun, traditional and delicious health food and go home with a jar of what we make in class.
Please bring a 1 quart glass jar with a lid (for transportation) to create your batch of organic sauerkraut in!
