Bayahero Boys & Girls Storytelling / Korean Food & Sweets Tasting
Parent-Child Mother Goose Program and Storytelling Toronto present:
‘Bayahero Boys & Girls Storytelling Ensemble' from South Korea.
They are the children's storytelling group age between 9 and 13 in the 'Storybean Small Library' located in Seoul, South Korea. They are flying over to Toronto to meet Toronto's storytelling community!
This group has been together for the past seven years sharing stories in English and Korean lead by a South Korean storyteller, Teajin Han. She is the founder of the 'Storybean Small Library' in South Korea and also a mother two children. She came to Toronto two years ago after hearing about the vibrant Storytelling community in Toronto through a friend. And ever since then, she has taken numourous workshops in 'Storytelling Toronto' and incorporated what she learned into the children's programs she's running at her library. She and her team in South Korea decided to come Toronto together this winter to meet the Toronto's storytelling community, and be inspired to build a thriving Storytelling community in South Korea. Please come out to welcome and support them and also to enjoy a very special story they have especially created for the Toronto audience. And of course along with some delicious Korean food and sweets they are bringing as their gift.
Maybe this night can be a nice gift to yourself or a friend for this Christmas or holidays! So come join us for a very unique presentation by the children taste some delicious Korean food and sweets. Please feel free to share this event info with anyone else who also might be interested.
