Event description

Description

Hey MHS Family, please join us for our Annual BBQ in Di Park at the G. Ross Lord Park on Saturday August 19, 2018. See flyer attached.

Bring out your family and friends and join us for a day of fun and activities. This will be a free event but donations are certainly welcomed for our School!

It will be a Potluck event so please RSVP to confirm your attendance and what you will take from the list see attached (or whatever your favorite dish might be that may not be on the list). The Alumni will provide all the necessary cutleries as well as water and drinks. Our MHS School T-Shirts will be on sale!

There will be lots of fun and games for the entire family throughout the day with lots of prizes and surprises! It will be a great opportunity to network and catch up with old schoolmates and meet new alumni friends.

We will also have a very short members meeting during the lunch hour to give you a review of the chapter’s previous activities and our plans for the future. The committee is seeking volunteers to come on board so we can pass on the torch next year..

Looking forward to seeing you soon, don’t forget to sign up and let us know what you will be taking!

It will be a day of fun galore!

~Cheers
