Description
Come join us in BC’s summer playground for a Field Day hosted at the
Turtle Valley Bison Ranch by the BC and Canadian Bison Associations. This is an
opportunity for all industry stakeholders including the consumer to network, get
educated, and enjoy the flavors that make bison products a healthy addition to
any menu. Stay and play before or after the conference as the region is ripe with
recreational opportunities.

Menu details:
Friday barbeque: Bison Burgers and Brats
Saturday dinner: Roast Bison Dinner
Breakfasts: Farm Fresh Eggs, Heritage Bacon, Bison Breakfast Sausages
Lunches: Smoked pulled bison on a bun, coleslaw, homestlye bbq beans
Beer Gardens: will be open Friday and Saturday starting at 4pm
