Sometimes lacking confidence to put yourself across well to other people? Don't think you've had enough exposure to meeting business people to explore opportunities? Then this session is for you!
Prior to the Employer Speed Networking event on Tuesday evening (make sure you register to come to that as well!), this is intended to be a networking skills development training workshop. You will practice networking techniques: open questions, body language, active listening.
In this session we will look at what networking actually is; why it is an important skill in order to develop a career; and offer tips and techniques for making interactions really work for you.
