Our Be Community Workshops continuine with Our Yoga Foundations series, Mudra Yoga presented by Christina Brack, CHHP.
Join Christina for an evening of gentle asana, pranayama and meditation practice blending a number of Mudras into your experience to stimulate a sense of balance, strength, and personal wellness. As we create connections through our fingers/hands/body we stimulate a desired energetic effect, feeling, or state.
Mudra practice is suitable for all experience levels and can be incorporated into a variety of applications both on and off the mat!
Be CommUNITY - Yoga Foundation Workshops are hosted by donation to help support local charities and organizations in your community. A suggested donation is $5 and a small personal hygiene item.
