From landing a dream job to deadlifting over 200lbs, Michelle is no stranger to challenging things. With a background in software and coaching in both corporate and startup environments, she truly thrives at the intersection of tech and wellness. Now, as a Behavioral Career Coach for the Online Team at App Academy, she's able to utilize her expertise in mindset, motivation, and human performance to help Job Seekers truly thrive!

Lee-Anne

Lee-Anne is a behavioral coach at a/A! She was the founder of OneinaMil, the only culture driven recruiting firm in the nation. With fifteen years of recruiting and human resources experience, she has won Charlie's 50 Most Progressive 2017, 40 Under 40 for Charleston 2017, and most recently she won 40 under 40 for AFCEA 2019 globally.

Lee-Anne has taken organizations to INC 500 fastest growing company, and Best Places to Work. LA just published her first book on, "Culture Driven Recruiting," and you can find it on Amazon!

LA was a contestant in “The Top Recruiter” a reality show in 2016 and several “Art of Recruiting” docufilms with top recruiters from all over the globe. LA is a thought leader and mentor with a background specializing in crafting software development teams and building awesome places to work.

She is originally from Beantown and loves a nice, cold Sam Adam's. She is passionate about running, dangerous skiing and loves playing hockey. If you can’t find her behind a laptop, you will find her on the boat with her husband, two kids and her two chow’s chow’s with a fishing rod in hand.
