About this event
After more than two years of coping with the COVID-19 pandemic, many people are feeling stress and overwhelm – personally and professionally – and they need practical tools to cope and rebalance.
If you're a PR practitioner and you can relate, you won't want to miss this session! We'll hear from Susan Elford, APR, CPCC, PCC, Leadership Coach, Business Mentor, PR Strategist and the President of Lean In Calgary.
This Lunch 'n Learn professional development session will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
With a 30 year career in Public Relations behind her which has included serving industry and government leaders from coast to coast, Susan launched her first business, Elford Communications in 2003 after resigning from her corporate communications career in the energy business. Her PR consulting business focused on serving not-for-profits, and socially responsible initiatives in the energy industry.
In 2015, Susan launched her second business, Susan Elford Coaching & Consulting, so she could better support women building their businesses and careers through powerful leadership coaching, business mentorship and PR strategy for small business.
Susan is academically trained and holds two university degrees, one in English and the other in Public Relations. A life long learner, Susan is certified by the Canadian Public Relations Society, the International Association of Public Participation, the Coaches Training Institute, and the International Coach Federation.
