Presented by a Community Dietitian from the Vaughan Community Health Centre. In partnership with the YRFN and Vaughan Community Health Centre.

The upcoming session will take place Thursday December 15 at 6:30 pm. This session will focus on preventing chronic diseases with healthy eating. This session is free.
