Session 1

We are offering the opportunity to learn how to bead a strawberry. Odemin (Strawberry) is one of the four sacred foods in Ojibwe culture. Join us as we learn how to bead our very own strawberries. Workshop to be facilitated by Nico Williams who is a Canadian Woodlands artist from Aamjwiwnaang First Nation. His works include prints and contemporary geometric beaded sculptures.

Beading experience required (must be familiar with the peyote stitch)
