The Town of Banff manages the Bear Street skating rink to ensure people can enjoy a COVID-safe experience.

• Capacity is limited to 20 people at one time, according to provincial health directions
• Everyone must stay 2 metres away from anyone not from their household at all times
• Social gatherings are not allowed

• Hockey sticks, shinny, tag and games are not permitted
• Masks must be worn arriving/departing and when changing into/out of skates. People are encouraged to wear masks while skating
• Open alcohol is prohibited

Registration may be cancelled for time slots in the event of heavy snowfall, thawing or unsafe ice conditions.
